Killion continues to raise a 'red flag'

Give Tom Killion credit - he's not just shooting off his mouth.

The Republican state senator from Middletown is serious about what is called "red-flag" laws. Those are measures that would allow a family member or law enforcement to go to court and seek to have a person's weapons temporarily removed.

They're called ERPO laws, that stands for Extreme Risk Protection Order.

They're not popular with gun rights groups, or a lot of his fellow Republican legislators in Harrisburg.

That's not stopping Killion.

We talk about it on today's editorial page.
