Right now we have a brisk 23 degrees. That means we've already eclipsed the record low for the date of 23 degrees set back in 1996. The normal low for the date is a comparably balmy 40 degrees.
Then there's the 'real feel' temperature, whatever the hell that is. That's a lovely 12 degrees.
We will struggle to hit the mid-30s later this afternoon.
Luckily, this brrrrrr-utal cold snap won't last all that long. Tomorrow we're expecting to push back up close to 50.
