We're on the brink of history.
But we're also on the brink of something else.
As the House of Representatives prepares to vote on two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump, the entire process only undersores a plain truth.
The United States of America has never been more divided.
I would be lying if I told you I am looking forward to 2020. What this country needs is someone to heal our wounds, suture our divide, and soothe our unease.
I'm not going to hold my breath.
